self tanner advice -help!

My engagement pictures are at the end of this month. I am ghostly pale. Has anyone ever tried this or know of any great self-tanners? I don't go to the tanning bed and I really hate the spray tans. My hands were orange last time I tried it. For weeks....

Try St. Tropez bronzing gel, level 3. I swear by that stuff! It gives me a deep tan in days, and I am pale...haha.

I use the Dove Energy Glow in Medium. I have a little bit of natural color, but using this a few times in a week gives me a great "real" looking tan color and it's really inexpensive.

Michael Kors Leg Shine from Sephora is AMAZING. It is the best one I have ever used!

Oh, and I get all of my etching/monogramming done at Classic Embroidery & Engraving on Lane Allen. It is a tiny hole in the wall place, but they are the best that I have found.

Did you try the spray tan in the booth or have someone air brush you? I've been to Miles and Associates on Richmond Rd. and they do a really good job - they do it by hand. Plus, its only $15!

maybe use this tanning lotion you found, mix half with a white lotion to not get so orangey.

I use Jergens express - and while it works FAST, my palms have been known to be a little orange...guess it depends on how much you want to spend, and what will be noticeable in the photos.
